The place itself was lovely and clean, so points for that! Unfortunately, the massage was… an experience. I’m a massage therapist myself, so I wasn’t expecting miracles, just a decent massage. Instead, I got what felt like a live demonstration of multitasking. My therapist was massaging me with one hand while texting with the other, and carrying on conversations with colleagues in the next room like I wasn’t even there. I think my muscles got less attention than her phone did. 😂 Clean premises, but if you’re after a relaxing, professional massage, this one missed the mark for me.

Had a ‘walk in’ 60 min relaxation massage yesterday and I am happy to say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ll be back again. Thank you.

Please contact me. I have called and messaged both numbers I was given for the manager(s) of this practice. I asked specifically if you were registered with NIB before proceeding with a massage, but my claim was declined as you are not registered.

I *almost* didn't visit due to the poor 1 star reviews and I am very glad that I gave it a chance. I have ongoing back, neck and shoulder issues in the wake of a back injury and one of the few reliefs are Chinese massages. I was passing through Canberra in September when I had a bad flare up which is what brought me to this Spa Massage. The negative reviews mostly pointed out the pressure; Chinese massage simply has strong pressure, that is one of the main reasons you'd get a Chinese massage. Given my back injury, i expressed my concern to the staff and they asked me multiple times if the pressure is right during the massage. Comparing it to all other Chinese massages I've had (within China and New Zealand), I can say that they perfeclty lived up to my expectations; they helped me settle my flare up, hit all the right spots and had the exact right pressure. Yes, it hurt, but it's the good type of hurt, the way it's meant to feel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Please don't let negative reviews deter you - be mindful that Chinese massage can be painful but the lady I was seeing knew exactly what she was doing and I got exactly what I had asked for. Went back for a second session just before my flight.

I was searching for a massage service near my hotel because my neck and shoulder were aching so bad and came across Spa Massage. easy to find, located at the Canberra Centre, between Priceline and Dymocks on LG floor, where Myer and David Jones are located. Mary was fantastic! I opted for a 30 remedial neck and shoulder massage. She has helped me. Hot stone and hot towel at the end of the massage were most welcomed. I slept well last night.
